HOME & PRODUCT WARRANTY INFORMATION

Effective for all purchases on or after January 1, 2023.

All products produced and installed by Steel Shield Security Doors carry the following manufacturer’s warranty:

Security doors, security screen windows, enclosed patios, gates, enclosures, & window guards carry a complete lifetime warranty from top to bottom, inside and out for normal wear and tear on all parts and installation.

HOME PROTECTION WARRANTY

Steel Shield will stand behind all its products by offering the following guarantee. We will pay your insurance deductible up to $1,000 for any personal or real property stolen or damaged on the inside of your premises should it be burglarized while the security doors or windows are properly locked. Both a police report and proof of payment for the insurance deductible must be provided. The compromised Steel Shield product will also be repaired or replaced at our discretion at no charge.

CAVEATS

Our lifetime warranty and home protection warranty extends to the original purchaser only and does not cover damage incurred from misuse of the locks or closers, screening being torn or pushed out of the frame, damage caused by intruders attempting to break in, rust caused by sprinklers, misters, hosing down the steel door, or damage from pets.

Note: Powder coating colors can be discontinued or change from time to time. If a door ever requires repainting one of the available colors at that time must be chosen.
